Can I customize my Photo Printouts?

Absolutely! We offer a sleek modern design that displays your name and event date. We do accept custom designs as well if you would like something more in depth.

Is there a limit to how many times can we use the photo booth?

Absolutely not, there are no restrictions on the amount of times your photo booth can be used throughout your wedding or event. Some companies shut down the use of the photo booth during dinner and quiet time of an event but not us. If you paid for a 4-hour rental well then you and your guests get to enjoy it for the full 4-hours.

How many pictures print out?

Normally with any of our photo booth rental packages you will receive two photo prints per session. If you would like to have more then two prints per session printed at your wedding or event just chat with a The Kaptured VisionZ Experience Team Member and we would be happy to accommodate you.

What size are the photos?

There are two options when it comes to the photo strip sizes. Any one of our photo booths can print either a 2X6 or 4X6 photo.  Though all of our rentals come standard with 2X6 prints you can easily upgrade to 4X6 prints at a very low cost.

How many people can fit in my photo booth?

One great feature is that our photo booths vary in size. We can size the booth for two offering a nice intimate experience for you and your guests or we can structure it as large at 8ft X 8ft accommodating up to 10 people!

What happens if a guest has a question about the photo booth?

Have no fear all of our photo booth rental packages come with a booth attendant. A fully trained The Kaptured VisionZ Experience Team Member will be onsite for your entire rental period helping with any questions you or your guests may have.

What happens if the Photo Booth printer runs out of ink or paper?

No worries! We always have extra paper and ink on site.   Your photo booth attendant can change the paper and ink and have your booth back up and running in less than two minutes.

Does my photo booth rental come with a memory book?

This all depends on your photo booth package. We do offer a great memory book that we can fill with photos of your event. It’s a great keepsake!

Do our photo’s get published online?

Depending on your package, after your wedding or event, we will put all of your photos into a private online photo gallery where you can then download them as you please.

Yes we sanitize all of our props after every rental.
